SHIPPING & DELIVERY

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): flat rate $8.99 AUD

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): flat rate of $12.99 AUD

  • FREE Shipping: All orders over $70.00 AUD

INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard Shipping: flat rate of $20.00 AUD via Australia Post

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include order processing. External delays from shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, or peak sale periods may affect delivery.

DELIVERY NOTES

  • International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays while parcels are in transit.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order to avoid delays.

  • Once an order is dispatched, shipping details cannot be changed.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or uncollected delivery, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
