3. YOUR STATUS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are a resident in one of our serviced countries.

4. CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email. We may reject any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. For order amendments, contact us before shipment. See our Returns Policy for more.

5. CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you're contracting as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund, as per our Returns Policy.

6. DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe noted on your Dispatch Confirmation, or within 30 days if no date is specified, unless exceptional circumstances arise.

7. PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices include Australian GST but exclude delivery fees. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, and PayPal. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but not retroactively. Errors in pricing will be corrected at our discretion before shipment.

9. OUR LIABILITY

Our responsibility is limited to correcting or refunding faulty/damaged goods. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or injury due to our negligence.

You agree to indemnify Shirley’s Secret and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.
