Apply a generous amount to dry hair before swimming and distribute evenly throughout hair. Reapply as required. After swimming, shampoo thoroughly, then continue with your usual post-wash routine.
It was great even with a swimming cap it did a great job at saving my hair from getting damage and it is killing the dryness at the ends of my hair and have not got round to using the UV hair spray but it will be great from a girl in scotland
